Our feet do so much work for us on a daily basis, from standing to running, to supporting our weight, to suffering our abuse with ill-fitting shoes or improper support. Abuse from our feet affects the way we stand, how our spine supports us, and so much more. We simply cannot give enough thanks to the incredible foot for all the work it does. Here is a simple but delightful recipe to ease tire feet and make you feel good all the way up to the tippy-top of your spine.

Please note that we do not recommend you use this foot bath if you have cracked skin or open sores on your feet. For long term problems please consult your regular physician.

You Need:

- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 drops of Love Your Feet Essential Oil Blend (see below)
- small bag of marbles or small cleaned stones
- a pan large enough for both feet to rest flat and comfortable on the bottom and deep enough to hold both feet and water to your ankles

Procedure:

1) Boil water then fill the foot pan, leaving enough headroom for your feet so that it doesn't overflow
2) Stir the Epsom salts into the water until dissolved
3) Test the solution every few minutes until it reaches a temperature comfortable for you to soak your feet in
4) Pour the vinegar and stir
5) Add the marbles to the pan
6) Add essential oils last and stir well
7) While waiting for the water to cool to the correct temperature, wash your feet with your favorite natural soap
8) Soak your feet for about 20 minutes, massaging them by rolling them over the marbles
9) When done, pat dry and massage in your favourite lotion or massage oil blend
10) Lay back with some quiet music and raise your feet on some pillows so that they are higher than your heart
11) Relax and enjoy your night

Love Your Feet Essential Oil Blend
1 part tea tree oil
1 part rosemary oil
1 part peppermint oil
1 part spearmint oil
